Project In-Charge directs, manages and leads the assigned scope of works of the projects assigned to him/her. Helps in the implementation of the Project Operational Plan, Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan and Project Construction Safety and Health Program.
Department: Engineering Job Level: Rank and File Educational Attainment: BSCE, BSME, BSEE, ARCHITECTURE, peferably licensed Experience: At least 3 years (2 years as Supervisor). Required experience will be based on project requirement.
Detailed job description:
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements;
Determines project specifications by studying product design, client requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates, and Bill of Materials;
Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
Adhere to project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems under tight schedule, and extreme pressure.
Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
Controls project costs by monitoring and regulating jobsite expenses;
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing jobsite accomplishment and reporting to management;
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
Able to exemplify leadership by creating a harmonious and productive teamwork.
